What has changed
The game is updated in the browser, so everyone is on the newest version the
next time they open it. Newest first.
20th August 2026
- Coin packs, with a parental gate that asks a real question rather than tapping through.
- A nickname screen that says what happens to a nickname, and a published privacy page.
- Quitting a run no longer counts as forfeiting it.
- A phone stops remembering whoever borrowed it, so a shared handset does not put one
child's score under another child's name.
- The live lobby now lists only the people actually playing.
- Invincibility looks like protection instead of looking like a fault.
- Limits sized for a school rather than for one household.
19th August 2026
- A daily challenge that is genuinely different every day. The old one drew at random,
which meant the same mission kept coming round.
- One number for height everywhere, including the banner during a run.
- Deploys now publish a named list of files instead of everything in the folder.
16th August 2026
- Pairs: two teams of two, with a grapple that catches a falling team-mate on its own.
- Live rooms filled with real recorded runs, so a race is never an empty tower.
- Scoreboards show the person: face, outfit and ring colour on every row.
- The game moved onto a fixed clock, so a slow phone plays the same game as a fast one.
- Every character pose redrawn in one frame, which stopped arms dragging the body about.
- Voice off by default, with its own switch.
- The guide rewritten, with hazard icons drawn from the game rather than from emoji.
