Trampoline Hop is a free browser game run by Sam Olliver, trading as a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Playing it means these terms apply. They are short on purpose.
Play it, share the link, and add it to a home screen. It is free and there is nothing to sign for.
A scoreboard entry that breaks the first rule is removed without notice. An account used for the second is closed.
An account is a username with either a password or a Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping it to yourself. We cannot recover a forgotten password, because we never hold it: what is stored is a scrambled version that cannot be turned back.
You can ask for an account to be deleted at any time by emailing us.
Coins are earned by playing and can also be bought. They are a licence to use items inside this game and nothing else. They are not money, they cannot be cashed out, and they cannot be transferred to another player.
Purchases are handled by Stripe, who take the payment and act as the merchant of record. UK and EU consumer law gives you the right to cancel a digital purchase within fourteen days unless the content has already been delivered with your agreement. Coins are delivered immediately, so that right is used up at the moment they land in the account. If a purchase was made by a child without the bill payer's agreement, email us and we will refund it.
No adverts run in the game at present. If they are switched on, the game may offer one to watch in exchange for carrying on after a crash or doubling the coins from a run. Watching one will always be a choice, and no part of the game will be locked behind it. Adverts would be served by Google and set up so they are not personalised.
This is a free game maintained by one person. Scoreboards, live racing and the game itself are provided as they are. They can go down, change, or be withdrawn, and we do not promise that a score, a ghost run or a friend list lasts forever. Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer, and nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you can bring a claim in your own country's courts.
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
